Проблема с mysql на сервере

Ребутнул сервак теперь не запускается mysql
Ошибка подключения к БД: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (13)
Создаю сокетный файл не помогает. Гуглить тоже пробовал не получается. В чём дело? Ubuntu 14.04

Логи смотрел ? Че пишут

Михалыч, останови все процессы мускула через командную строку и пробуй запустить ещё раз. Может быть висит что-то
