Perfcms ошибка после установки

всем привет вот поставил перфцмс 2.06 прохожу инсталяцию нажимаю войти на сайт и вот это выдает
Internal Server Error
is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/share/pear/Twig_Loader_Filesystem.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/home/data/wmire:/inc:.)
